CASA EXOTICA: 4 BRs

This house was AMAZING! We loved it. It had plenty of space for our family of nine. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The view from the covered rooftop veranda was breathtaking. Our kids loves playing in the pool and playing ping pong. It was so close to the beach, yet tucked away to the pint that we felt like we were in our own little bubble. Chloe was fantastic to work with- very responsive to any question we had. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a fabulous time in Costa Rica. The home is gorgeous, large and airy with beautiful views. We were quite impressed, we didn’t expect that much from the photos. It was even better. The great room, (kitchen dining & living). )was perfect for our family. There are beautiful views everywhere, and the house is nice and cool! We loved watching birds from the top Terrace at sunrise! The beach that’s just over a mile away,, is very beautiful especially at sunset. . the grocery store at the entrance to the ranch had everything we needed. Super convenient. The manager, Chloe , was super nice and helpful. She helped us before the trip with transportation and booking a few activities. She made us when we arrived and gave us some good pointers on nearby restaurants and other things to do It was nice that she had a US number so we could call her whenever we had a question. We did on activity everyday, and just loved staying at the home they rest of the time, enjoying the calm and the views. We’ll recommend this home to our friends.

Where to even begin with this review??? There really is no need to look any further than right here. We stayed in Chloe and Daniel’s house with 9 girls for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Chloe and Daniel – Chloe and Daniel are beautiful people (inside and out) and truly are the hosts with most. From the very beginning of the planning process, Chloe made sure every single detail of this trip was perfect for us. Not only did Chloe respond so quickly to all of my questions via messenger, we also spoke over the phone to discuss details which made it so reassuring that I made the right choice. From the moment we arrived, Daniel and their 3 beautiful children greeted us and it was such an overwhelming feeling of comfort. Daniel went over everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions. Chloe had popped in the follow evening to check in with us. We invited her to stay for some wine and had such a great night learning about her family and life experiences. We all wanted her to join our group for the entire duration.  We took surf lessons from the two of them and they were so patient and fun to learn from. I didn’t feel at all fearful and we all were able to get up on the board a few times. I highly recommended the surf lessons they offer. In addition, their restaurant recommendations were perfect! We all had some of the best meals of our lives. You can’t go wrong with their suggestions. They are so comfortable to be around. I felt like crying when I had to say goodbye. The House – Overwhelmingly gorgeous. We woke every morning at 5am and sat on the balcony, meditated and watched the sun rise over coffee.Daniel recommended getting up early every morning to watch the sun rise and it was the best advice given. We didn't want to waste a single moment of the sun rising by sleeping in. It was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The pool was kept clean and it was so beautiful at night with the doors open in the bedroom. We didn’t have to turn on the A/C units. The hammocks are amazing and the outdoor showers are so refreshing. The location and views are stunning. There is what we called “ant highways” in the backyard and we just sat there and watched them. They were so neat. We saw two Macaw’s in the trees on the property, iguanas and little geckos. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to see a sloth. Maybe next time (there will definitely be a next time). Highly recommend – 10 in 1 adventure tour in Manuel Antonio. What a day!! The tour guides were so great. They were educational and so much fun! We had a lot of good laughs. The drive up the mountain was breath taking. There were 7 zip lines, 2 waterfall repels and a free fall into the water from the zip line. They did a great job at making us feel very safe. We got to swim under the waterfall and jump off the rocks in the waterfall as well. After our tour, they chopped up the juiciest pineapple I have ever had in my life and also offered cookies and water. Upon returning to the office, they provided a delicious lunch to view the photos taken that day. Take Chloe’s advice and have a driver pick you up at the airport and bring you to their local rental car company. No hidden fee’s. They were wonderful to work with and we didn’t have to worry about the 1 hour and 15 minute drive to Jaco and back. Surf Lessons: Just do it!!! You will not regret it! Villa Caletas Hotel – You can’t miss the sunset at this location. It changed my life and literally brought me to tears it was so beautiful. Dinner looked delicious here as well. Downtown Jaco – So much fun! Plenty of places to shop, eat and have a drink. It was full of life and we all felt extremely safe. Breakfast and Dinner made in house - These meals were fantastic! It was nice not to have to worry about cooking and cleaning and the food was so good. In-house Massages - AMAZING! You will not regret this!! $50 an hour plus tip. Totally worth it! Chloe and Daniel – Thank you so much for your hospitality! It was a trip of a lifetime and you are to thank for it!! I'll miss chatting with you on a weekly basis :)
